Important: If you notice any imperfections in the prints, that is natural because of the process involved in hand block printing. The artisans use natural, azo-free dyes in the traditional hand block printing process. Actual colors may slightly vary due to different screen resolution and light settings.

• Made with pure cotton and fibre sheet for inside filling.
• Size of the bag- Length 14 inches / 35 cms, Width 17 inches / 43 cms, Depth 4.5 inches / 11.5 cms

• Machine wash seperately in mild/liquid detergents.
• Avoid hot water as it may lead to colour loss.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not soak, wring. Dry in shade.

We ship both domestically and internationally using trusted and registered courier partners and/or speed post services. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, or as per the delivery timeline agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Estimated delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and courier/postal service efficiency. While House of Harman (En Vogue Homes) ensures timely dispatch, we are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities after dispatch.

All deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Shipment confirmation and tracking details will be sent to your registered email address once your order is dispatched.

Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order by emailing us at houseofharmanindia@gmail.com or calling +91-9888-999-209 within 8 hours of placing your order. Orders cannot be cancelled or returned once they are dispatched.
A 2.5% payment gateway fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to your bank’s guidelines.

Faulty or Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us with details and a mandatory unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery. Upon verification, we will offer an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value.Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and invoices intact. Please allow 8–10 business days from the date of return for your exchange to be fully processed.
